Google Merchant Center Integration

Flawless Inventory can now be connected directly to Google Merchant Center, making it easier to showcase your products across Google’s shopping ecosystem. This integration works similarly to existing Facebook and Instagram connections, allowing you to generate a product feed directly from your Flawless site. To download your Google product feed, simply enter the following URL in your browser: http://www.yourwebsite.com/management/createGoogleFeed

This will automatically generate and download a feed file that can be uploaded into your Google Merchant Center account. Once connected, your inventory stays aligned across platforms without requiring manual exports or third-party tools.

New Admin Configuration Options

Several new admin-level configurations have been added to give teams more control over pricing behavior and default settings during service workflows.

These include:

  • OverrideProductRetailOnReceive
    Automatically updates a product’s retail price when the MR Cost is updated during receiving.
  • POS Default Vendor Config
    Allows you to set a default vendor when creating a service job from the app, reducing manual selection and speeding up job creation.
  • Override Product Manufacturing Cost On Receive
    Automatically updates the product’s manufacturing cost in the product list when MR Costs are updated on receive.

Together, these configurations help ensure pricing consistency, reduce manual errors, and keep product data accurate across the system.
