A Look Inside the App
Here’s what you’ll see when accessing a customer record in the new version of the app:
🟦 Details Tab: Displays contact info, spouse/birthday/anniversary dates, and address.
🟦 Account Tab: See salesperson name, house and credit balances, YTD sales, and last sale date.
🟦 Open Sales Tab: View invoice details and salesperson assignment on open transactions.
You’ll also notice a brand-new Contact List screen, complete with a dynamic search bar to help you quickly locate any customer. Just start typing a name or initial—results appear instantly.

To connect to the app, you’ll need your Company Code. If you're unsure of what it is, feel free to reach out to Flawless Support and we'll help you get set up.
When logging in, make sure you're using the mobile number tied to your user profile in the POS Admin. The system checks this for basic authorization—if the number doesn’t match a valid user, the login will silently fail to protect against brute force attacks.
This ensures your company data stays secure while giving authorized users fast, convenient access.
