Managing large sets of data in a POS system can feel overwhelming unless you’ve got the right tools. That’s why the Data Grid exists in Flawless POS: it transforms complex lists into flexible, filterable, and customizable tables you can work with in seconds.
The Power Behind the Grid
When Diana started overseeing the wholesale side of her retail operations, she realized she needed more visibility, specifically into orders, dates, balances, and customer history. Clicking into the Wholesale Accounts module and navigating to the Orders tab, she was introduced to the Data Grid and everything changed.
She didn’t need to jump between screens or scroll endlessly. The Data Grid became her dashboard of control. Each row was a sale. Each column, a filterable insight.
Whether she needed to track customer history or locate the highest balance, it was all right in front of her. Sortable, Searchable, and Adjustable.
Diana liked to see totals and balances next to each other. So, she clicked the eye icon in the upper-right corner of the grid. From there, she checked the box for the Total column and hit OK.
Now it appeared on-screen but far off to the right.
No problem.
She clicked and held the “Total” header, then dragged it beside the Balance column. In seconds, the view was hers. Tailored. Efficient. Repeatable.
