Managing Shared Customer Accounts
Sometimes, two customers share financial activity, like family members using one account or business partners managing shared purchases. With Customer Partner Linking in Flawless POS, both customer profiles can share a single House Account and Customer Credit balance automatically.
It’s a seamless way to ensure every charge, payment, and credit adjustment reflects accurately across both accounts without manual tracking. Whether you’re linking or unlinking customers, the system keeps everything clean, organized, and up to date.
Linking and Unlinking in Action
The process begins in the Customers module under POS Admin. From the Details tab, locate the Partner Name field and click Link Partner Account. Then, choose which profile to connect and decide who should be set as the Primary Account. Once confirmed, both accounts immediately share the same House Account and Customer Credit balances.
When it’s time to separate the connection, simply open either customer profile, go back to the Details tab, and click Unlink Partner Account. The link is removed instantly, balances remain on the primary account, keeping your records accurate and secure.
Key Features That Make It Work
Customer Partner Linking is more than a convenience, it’s a tool built for clarity, control, and simplicity. It gives you full visibility into how shared balances behave, while ensuring that unlinking doesn’t disrupt your financial accuracy. Here’s what makes this feature so effective:
