The journey begins in Facebook Commerce Manager. Log in at business.facebook.com/commerce with your Meta Business Account. If you don’t have a Commerce Account, you’ll be prompted to create one before moving on.
Once inside, go to the Catalogs section and select Add Catalog. This step sets up the foundation where your products will live before being connected to Flawless POS.
Syncing Your Catalog with Flawless POS
After creating your catalog, head to Data Sources and add your Flawless POS data feed. Select Add Items → Data Feed and paste your feed URL:https://www.[YourStore].com/management/createFacebookFeed
From there, configure your sync preferences. Updating every four hours is recommended to keep inventory accurate across platforms. You can adjust currencies, scheduling, and verify the feed connection under Data Sources.
